Metamorphosis propose a coaching session this Saturday 15th November,
designed to help us reconnect with what we truly need — individually and in community.
During this 2-hour session, we will:
- Aknowledge our needs in different spheres of our Life.
- Understand how needs evolve and our ability to meet them as adults.
- Learn how to prioritize and meet our unique needs.
- Cultivate awareness through somatic practices.
