But what is 'source evaluation\u201d and why\/when should users carry it out? Based on the results of empirical studies on users\u201d information-seeking behavior, M\u00f4nica Macedo-Rouet will demonstrate that information-seeking can depend on the context in which it takes place. With this in mind, she will propose some ideas for the development of pedagogical interventions aimed at teaching sourcing to teenagers. ------<strong>Find out more about the speaker <\/strong>M\u00f4nica Macedo-Rouet is Professor of Educational Psychology at CY Cergy University in Paris. Her research focuses on the role of digital reading and education in the development of literacy in young people and adults. She is currently Associate Editor of the Journal for the Study of Education and Development.
