The initiative Teachers as Researchers<\/em> aims to collectively explore solutions to educational challenges through research on a European scale. In January 2023, Teachers as Researchers<\/em>is also proposing 2 events at the LearningPlanet festival (January 24-28, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Teachers as Researchers <\/em><\/strong>uses a methodology based on collaborative intelligence, writing and peer evaluation via a collaborative research approach. This initiative implements activities aimed at improving the process of sharing and building collaborative knowledge for all educators (teachers, principals, designers, educational coaches, etc.), from all educational sectors, on a European scale. These activities focus on 3 key pillars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) the collaborative study of educational practices through the identification and description of challenges and actions<\/strong> common,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) testing these actions<\/strong>, the collection of observations on their impacts and results in feedback<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) comparative analysis of several feedback<\/strong> as a summary <\/strong>towards solving the challenge<\/strong> identified. Each step in the process will also be the subject of a review by<\/strong> visit peers, it\u2019<\/strong> i.e. by other educators.

Teachers as researchers<\/em> as part of the European Hub for Digital Education<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The European hub for digital education<\/a> (EDEH) is an initiative of the European Commission, funded by the Erasmus+ program (2021-2027) and managed by a consortium of organizations led by the DAAD<\/a>, under a service contract with the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture (EACEA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team Teachers as Researchers<\/em> from the Learning Planet Institute actively contributes to this hub by running monthly collaborative workshops on how best to tackle the key challenges of digital transformation in education.
