In a consortium with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.synergiefamily.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Synergie Family<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.learningplanetinstitute.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Learning Planet Institute<\/a> brings its know-how to bear in creating new modules, drawing on its expertise in learning and new ways of learning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the consortium, the Institut not only guarantees the quality of teaching methods, but also creates training courses and teaching resources: in science and video games for animation professionals, and in digital technology and cultural awareness for early childhood professionals. <strong>The aim? To deconstruct stereotypes, provide turnkey tools and, in short, broaden the practices of entertainment professionals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img alt=\"\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.learningplanetinstitute.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/copie-de-dsc_0803-1024x683-1.jpg\" class=\"wp-image-27959\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><sup>Synergie Family<\/sup><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Enhancing the status of the early childhood and entertainment professions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The aim of the Discreet Heroes of Education program?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Through 6 training courses, H\u00e9ros Discrets de l'Education aims to promote and support professionals in the entertainment and early childhood sectors - true Discrete Heroes of Education - in their careers and professional projections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The aim of the training courses?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enabling skills upgrading<\/strong> people working in the early childhood and entertainment sectors. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provide turnkey tools and resources<\/strong> to these professionals in order to increase the educational impact of the support they offer to children.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To this end, Synergie Family and the Learning Planet Institute have created fun, interactive training courses for professionals in the entertainment and early childhood sectors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 training courses rooted in cognitive science and based on feedback from the field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over 400 hours of training using innovative, varied, hybrid and fun teaching methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Face-to-face group sessions: game-based teaching, collective intelligence, theater and improvisation, peer-to-peer exchanges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individual online times: <em>microlearning <\/em>(very short e-learning sequence), interactive scenarios, video and podcast series, micro-challenges, logbooks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img alt=\"\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.learningplanetinstitute.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/hde_animation-1024x711-1.jpg\" class=\"wp-image-27989\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><sup>Synergie Family<\/sup><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Provide teaching methods and tools for a different approach to science, video games and sports with children<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Drawing on its know-how and experience in new ways of learning, at all stages of life, the Learning Planet Institute has created, built and tested a training module: <em>\u00abTaking ownership of new teaching resources <\/em>\u00bbfor animation professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">\u00abThis module has enabled me to improve the way I work and organize myself, to go further in my activities, and not to rest on my laurels. From a personal point of view, this training has given me greater self-confidence. Thanks to my speaking skills, I was able to speak in front of everyone (which wasn't easy at the very beginning).\u00bb Sabrina Rouibi, animator for 2 years.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This 15-hour course meets a number of objectives. It covers subjects that professionals don't usually tackle in their practices, such as science and video games. The module also proposes new practices on better-known themes, such as <em>\u00abdo sport differently<\/em> \u00bb. And allows professionals to leave with ready-to-use tools (scientific experiments, methodologies, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the appropriation of these new teaching resources, Sabrina Rouibi adds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"font-size:16px;font-style:normal;font-weight:800\">\u00abIn the classroom, we were able to learn different techniques to ensure that the children had fun and didn't get bored of a game: changing the rules during the game, taking breaks, adapting the difficulty. Then introduce a debate at the end to listen to the children's impressions, feelings and so on. Online, I've gained access to new games that have helped me in my extracurricular activities.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>By diversifying and evolving the practices of professionals in the entertainment and early childhood sectors, the : <em>\u00abTaking ownership of new teaching resources <\/em>\u00bbThis is why we have set up a \"Learning Center\" that enables them to offer experiences with a high educational value. To fulfill this role, the Institute mobilizes a network of scientific, business and field experts throughout the course production process. The Institute also continuously evaluates the proposed courses, adapting them to best meet the needs of professionals and children.
