Since its creation, the Learning Planet Institute<\/a> focuses on the learning organization, i.e. on learning and working together to meet challenges that cannot be met alone. It has a long history of working with researchers, students, other players in the social economy, public institutions, and more recently with businesses, which play a key role in tackling climate, social and economic transitions: \u00ab You're part of the solution to these challenges! <\/em>\u00bb<\/strong> says Rita Sinaceur, Director of Consulting at the Institut, who is behind these new monthly meetings on our campus.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the \u00ab Learning Mornings<\/a><\/em> \u00bbthe Institute aims to create a genuine ecosystem of organizations, driven by issues at the crossroads of education and transitions<\/strong>, We are committed to providing the best possible solutions, not only in terms of social and environmental issues, but also in terms of technology and professional skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 19, the 40 participants in this first edition<\/strong> dedicated to the learning organization came from very different backgrounds: organization transformation firms, consulting firms, etc. coaching<\/em>, recruitment agency, training organization, consulting and auditing firm, mutual insurance company, foundation, etc.<\/em>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And yet, whether it's to improve their own organization's practices or to support their customers, everyone's expectations converge: better master the concept <\/strong>d\u2019learning organization<\/a> to be able to talk about it and convince <\/strong>; get inspired <\/strong>practices of other organizations to \u00ab from encoding to <\/em>learning<\/b><\/em> \u00bb <\/strong>in the way we think about and deliver continuing education\u00ab.\u00ab capture knowledge<\/strong> of their employees for the broadcast<\/strong> <\/em>\u00bbor \u00ab make one commitment lever <\/strong>teams and meaning at work<\/strong><\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Learning Planet Institute ties in with everything I've been trying to practice for 20 years: interdisciplinarity, transformation, appearance, systemic, inner transformation of individuals, organizations and society - A Learning Morning participant<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

THE LEARNING ORGANIZATION, FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In this article, you'll find the theoretical underpinnings of what's known as a \u00ab learning organization<\/em> \u00bbor \u00ab an organization that draws on the diversity of its members and ecosystem, and facilitates their learning and collaboration at all levels, to meet its challenges.<\/em> \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the concept has been defined, we'll look at how it's being deployed in the field, particularly in companies. Finally, we'll look at the tools needed to become a learning organization. In this respect, participants in the \u00ab Learning Morning<\/em> \u00bbwere able to test 2 of the 14 levers of our maturity assessment grid for learning organizations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
