Creating a sustainable world means giving everyone the means to take action against global warming. Adapting to and combating climate change is a complex challenge, requiring us to think of new ways of informing, teaching, creating projects, cities and societies. This change of perspective engages us on several levels: from individual everyday gestures to collective national and international action. Aware of this challenge, the Learning Planet Institute<\/a> has built up a network of contacts<\/strong>\u00b7rices who work all year round to take care of themselves, others and the planet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond the essential adaptation to the consequences of global warming, it remains crucial to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in order to mitigate climate change over the long term. Encouraging sustainable lifestyles and adopting environmental policies are essential aspects of this global fight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fight against global warming is also about mental health. Climate change can lead to \u00ab eco-anxiety <\/em>\u00bbor \u00ab ecological anxiety <\/em>\u00bbor \u00ab all the emotions linked to a feeling of fatality<\/a> towards the various environmental crises. These emotions are mainly fear, sadness and anger, induced by the feeling of inaction or inadequacy of actions taken in favor of the planet, by governments and populations.<\/em>\u00bbOut, it is proven<\/a> that the more we inform and the more we empower individuals to act, the more we reduce eco-anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Festival of Learning<\/a><\/strong> is the perfect opportunity to highlight the players committed to transforming education to meet the challenges of climate, social and technological change. Created in 2019 by the Learning Planet Institute and the\u2019UNESCO<\/a>, the LearningPlanet Festival<\/a> (the French version of which is the Festival de l'Apprendre) takes place every year around the International Education Day<\/a> (January 24).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
