There seems to be something missing in the postures and training methods commonly used, in particular to learn better from each other and not just from the trainer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To discuss these issues, we have invited <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/anne-sophie-garcia-demain?originalSubdomain=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anne-Sophie Garcia<\/a>, head of the Renault Group's Finance Academy, in conversation with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/gaellmainguy\/?originalSubdomain=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ga\u00ebll Mainguy<\/a>, Deputy Managing Director of the Learning Planet Institute, and our guests, professionals from Cartier, MGEN, social entrepreneurship or the <em>coaching<\/em> at <em>freelance<\/em>.
