{"id":552,"date":"2021-01-14T17:08:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-14T16:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lpinstitute.dev.onpressidium.com\/news\/6050e6236601a68177600a9b\/"},"modified":"2025-11-06T22:44:34","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T21:44:34","slug":"universal-declaration-of-human-rights-proposed-to-the-member-states-of-lonu-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.learningplanetinstitute.org\/en\/news\/declaration-universelle-des-droits-de-lhumanite-propose-aux-etats-membres-de-lonu-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cUniversal Declaration of Human Rights,\u201d proposed to UN member states (2015)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The time has undoubtedly come for a Declaration of Human Rights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Humanity is facing a <strong>major and unprecedented danger<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><div style=\"height: 50px\"><\/div> <strong>premises <\/strong>of such a Declaration are to be found in very <strong>numerous international texts already adopted<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>CoP 21 in Paris <\/strong>opens a <strong>historic opportunity <\/strong>that the President of the Republic has referred<\/li>\n<li>All the science is captured by <strong>the unprecedented imperative of preserving the future of humankind and nature in a relationship of interdependence.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It was against this backdrop that the <strong>Universal Declaration of Human Rights<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>After outlining the content of the Lepage mission (I) and its achievements (II), we propose a global and special explanation of the Declaration (III). Drafting alternatives are formulated (IV), and the various possible adoption procedures are explained (V).
