Rethinking your continuing education strategy in a time of transition | « Learning Morning » #5

  • Transformation of Organisations
evaluation

For the fifth Learning Morning, the Learning Planet Institute has decided to address the issue of continuous employee training for organizations, in a context of multiple and rapid transitions. There seems to be something missing in the postures and training methods commonly used, in particular to learn better from each other and not just from the trainer.

To discuss these issues, we have invited Anne-Sophie Garcia, head of the Renault Group's Finance Academy, in conversation with Gaëll Mainguy, Deputy Managing Director of the Learning Planet Institute, and our guests, professionals from Cartier, MGEN, social entrepreneurship or the coaching at freelance. We're convinced that it's by making catalyzing these different world views that we can best fulfill our mission: to experiment and create new ways of learning and cooperating to meet the planet's needs.

Visit Learning Planet Institute, our organization transformation activities equip individuals, groups and organizations to facing up to, adapting to, anticipating and inventing new ways of responding to the challenges of environmental, social and technological transitions.
