This is a introduction what collective intelligence and facilitation are, applied to a specific concrete daily need : preparing and leading meetings.
We'll be sharing definitions and contexts of use at the Learning Planet Institue, to get a clearer picture of what we're talking about. shared understanding of these methods. This will be an opportunity to experiment with postures and practical tools for making more pleasant and efficient meetings.
Training courses will be given by in French, but questions and practical exercises can be carried out by in English for those who wish to do so.
