This event is in French. Mickaël Jury is a teacher-researcher at the University of Clermont-Auvergne and a member of the ACTé laboratory and the Institut Universitaire de France. In addition to his work as a trainer of mainstream and specialist teachers, he is conducting research into inclusive schooling. In particular, he is seeking to understand the obstacles and levers to implementing inclusive schooling, particularly from a social psychology perspective (e.g. what beliefs and attitudes are held in relation to inclusive schooling). Some of his work also focuses on equipping teachers to support them in the challenge of inclusive schooling. His talk will focus on managing heterogeneity in the classroom, with an emphasis on the impact of gender in this process.
