Masterclass: Creativity and innovation from the perspective of the 7 Cs, with Todd Lubart, professor of psychology, director of the “homo creativus” chair, Fondation Université Paris Cité, FranceThis masterclass will explore the theme of creativity and innovation - how people obtain valuable new ideas, develop them and exploit them. A 7 Cs approach will be presented in which the nature of creators (personal characteristics), creation (process), collaborations, contexts, creations (productions), consumption (adoption of new ideas) and curricula (creativity training) will be explored. Research examples will be presented, as well as examples of tools or techniques to support creativity and innovation.

This masterclass program is organized by the EURIP Graduate School (École Universitaire de Recherche Interdisciplinaire de Paris). Located at the Learning Planet Institute, in collaboration with Université Paris Cité, it brings together the AIRE Master's program (Approaches to Interdisciplinary Research and Education) and the FIRE doctoral school (Frontières de l'Innovation en Recherche et Éducation). EURIP welcomes post-graduate students and early-career researchers who wish to tackle global challenges related to sustainability and planetary health through innovative interdisciplinary approaches.
