Masterclass: Stereotypes, discrimination and racism - a cognitive approach with Lou Safra, Associate Researcher in Cognitive Sciences, Sciences Po, CEVIPOF, CNRS, Paris, France In this Masterclass, we will review the main psychological and neural mechanisms underlying discrimination. This will give you the keys to understanding why discrimination is so frequent and widespread, despite efforts to reduce it, as well as practical tools to help combat it at individual and collective level.

This masterclass program is organized by the EURIP Graduate School (École Universitaire de Recherche Interdisciplinaire de Paris). Located at the Learning Planet Institute, in collaboration with Université Paris Cité, it brings together the AIRE Master's program (Approaches to Interdisciplinary Research and Education) and the FIRE doctoral school (Frontières de l'Innovation en Recherche et Éducation). EURIP welcomes post-graduate students and early-career researchers who wish to tackle global challenges related to sustainability and planetary health through innovative interdisciplinary approaches.
