Measuring what matters: Human-centred learning for the future

The jobs of the future are uncertain, and the world of education is changing rapidly. As we move away from an industrial model of education and towards competency-based teaching, we need to adapt our educational frameworks. By advancing 21st century skills, we are promoting human-centered learning. The future of education will be full of tensions, but it also offers immense opportunities. 21st century competencies can fulfill our promise to make education a transformative practice. In this session, we'll explore how this change can happen, as demonstrated by Beyond Education's development of tools for assessing the future of skills.
