The role of educators in building a sustainable university based on solidarity

As part of the French government's recommendations for the ecological and social transition in higher education by 2026, the focus is on examining educators“ ability to develop new curricula and institutional guidelines. Educators are seen as a ”creative intermediary", capable of driving both structural change and fostering psychosocial competencies within learning communities. This approach aims to explore how the interaction between these two levels of action can influence the development of new learning cultures, and contribute to a more sustainable and cohesive society.
