For this first intervention, we had the pleasure of discussing with Pedro Ramaciotti Morales, researcher and holder of the AI Chair in Human and Social Sciences at the CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique. By tracing the history of these debates, we discovered where we should be focusing to advance our understanding and shape governance systems that best serve society's interests.
