“AI for collective Intelligence“ research workshop

“L‘AI for collective intelligence: How can AI and humans work together to transform learning and education?”is a one-day research workshop to be held on December 11, 2024 to the’Learning Planet Institute.

The workshop is organized by’Learning Transitions research unit (UR LT).

Brief description of the workshop:As part of our mission to transform learning in the age of AI, the Learning Planet Institute has developed AI tools such as WeLearn, for navigating learning resources, and Ikigai, for self-reflexivity. This workshop takes on a new dimension by exploring how AI can scale collective intelligence, particularly in the context of learning and education.

The workshop consists of three interconnected phases based on the principles and methodologies of human-centered design, participatory design and co-design: establishing a common understanding, identifying research objectives and designing research prototypes.

The workshop will bring together interdisciplinary experts to design a vision of the role of AI and collective intelligence in the future of learning and education.

This workshop is part of a series on AI in learning organized by UR LT. The previous workshop explored the theme of’AI ethics(January 2024).
