IDENTIFY, ACT ON AND PREVENT SEXIST AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE IN THE WORKPLACE
This October, the iN&Di team, the Human Resources department and the CSE are pleased to invite you to a theatre-forum by the theatre company of civic and artistic action “Synergies Théâtre”. The main objective of this workshop is to learn how to identifying, acting on and preventing gender-based and sexual violence at work, through a participative, creative and different workshop.

ABOUT FORUM THEATER
Forum theater features several characters, including the protagonist, whose apparent difficulties are in reality those experienced by everyone.
The show is performed once, then immediately replayed so that the audience can stop it and come on stage to replace the character driving the change.
It's a unique opportunity to learn in a different way, to practice and act on situations of discrimination in a working and educational environment. It is through the responsibility of each and every one of us that we can collectively create an inclusive space where everyone in our community feels respected.
