Two courses to put the scientific approach at the heart of learning
In order to make education through research accessible to as many people as possible, the Savanturiers are proud to offer you a new format: the Savanturiers question. Savanturiers - École de la Recherche wanted to reconcile the objectives of curricula, the curiosity of students and the desire of teachers to vary their teaching strategies.
What is the Savanturiers question?
The Savanturiers question is a more accompanied, more scripted and easier to set up.
In this format, the scientific question is proposed by an expert in the field, and the students are asked to answer it using a procedure suggested by the expert. The Savanturiers question directly addresses some of the concepts set out in school curricula.
For whom? This format is suitable for primary, middle and high school classes.
Who designed it? Each Savanturiers question is designed by a researcher, engineer or specialist in a particular scientific field. Savanturiers - École de la recherche works hand in hand with these experts to offer classes the most appropriate educational scenario.
Format? A Savanturiers question takes the form of a mini-course. Teachers can choose as they wish from a range of suggested topics. The timeline is flexible, and teachers can adapt it according to their preference.

What is a Savanturiers project?
A Savanturiers project is a classroom-based education through research project by students, orchestrated by one or more teachers, and focusing on one or more fields of scientific investigation. The class can also be accompanied by a scientific advisor.
Who can participate? Nursery, primary, secondary and high school students, throughout France and the French-speaking world Teachers, REP coordinators, school heads... Researchers, engineers, PhD students...
