Learn about the education-through-research model by (re)discovering two MOOCs: Savanturiers: ingénierie à l'École and Savanturiers du Vivant. Simultaneous launch on Tuesday, April 14!
In this period of confinement, Savanturiers invites teachers and educators to prepare and reflect together on the world of tomorrow and relaunches two MOOCs in the series Education through research ! The aim of these online training courses is to enable all participants - teachers, organizers and educators - to design and implement an Education through Research project.
Visit MOOCs launch on Tuesday, April 14 during a live webinar at 9:45 U.T.C. (11:45 French time) on YouTube, to give all participants a better understanding of their participation in the MOOCs. It will cover the objectives and terms of participation, as well as presentations by the teaching team. A chat room will be set up in the webinar chat to answer any questions.

MOOC Education through Research: Life Scientists

Biology is the study of living organisms. It extends from the molecule, to the cell, to the organism, right up to the ecosystem, and covers several fields such as microbiology, mycology and animal and plant biology.
With the MOOC Education through research: Living scientists Teachers, organizers, educators... are invited to come and explore biological organisms with their pupils/children, from the angle of interactions between individuals and the ecosystems in which they are part of.
A 6-week course enables you to discover the objects of study, as well as the methods used in life science research: from the criteria of reproducibility and comparison of experimental results introduced in the nineteenth century, to the participatory and citizen sciences propelled today by digital technology.
The Educational Design, Research Issues and Methods, Education through Research and Digital Integration sections will enable you to design, alone or with others, a future classroom project around four themes: animal behavior, plant communication, biology and medicine, and biotechnologies.
MOOC Education through research: engineering at school

With the MOOC Education through research: engineering at school, Participants will learn how to use science and technology to stimulate students' questioning and motivation. The aim of this MOOC is to enable students to appropriate the techniques and know-how of the engineer, to build new knowledge and develop the skills needed to shape the world of tomorrow.
A pedagogical action model based on engineering methods and issues, to develop an innovative, creative, critical and responsible mindset.
Over the course of the six-week program, participants will discover research topics such as mechanics, electronics, robotics, reverse engineering and optics. The Pedagogical Design, Research Issues and Methods, Education through Research and Digital Integration sections will enable participants to design, alone or with others, a future classroom project based on engineering.
A long-standing partner, Thales Solidarity has supported Savanturiers' digital and technological projects since 2015
