EDITO
by Ange Ansour, Director of Savanturiers - École de la recherche
The routines of confinement set in. Students, parents and teachers begin to get used to homeschooling.
However, the longer such a situation persists, the greater the risk that young people will lose motivation and interest.
We are extending our support offer with a new initiative aimed at young people: the Savanturiers Challenge ! The ambassadors and mentors have come up with scientific activities that children and teenagers can do on their own, in teams, with their parents, siblings or classmates. We'll be publishing and sharing all their results.
RV every Friday on our website https://les-savanturiers.cri-paris.org to find out more about these challenges. Your answers will also be published on the projects page. https://savanturiers-projects.cri-paris.org.
Also in this FlashInfo :
- Confined? Yes, but surrounded by air and water. What if we started to look at them with a scientific eye?
- Confined? And what if we were to reflect on the physical principles of mobility to finally understand the principles of kinetic energy?
- Confined? Let's not forget the Corona, the originator of this gigantic social experiment. We invite you to discover the dossier created by the Elyx Foundation: scientific and practical information, creative and amusing iconography for the home, windows and balconies, and why not for the classroom?
Finally, we are pleased to announce the reopening on Wednesday April 15 of 2 Savanturiers MOOCs: “Education through research: engineering at school” and “Education through research: life at school”. More information to come!
