Beyond Education is an educational startup based in France and a member of theâEdTech France. We develop and deliver online courses covering 21st century skills for students aged 10 to 18. Programs include self-awareness, self-management, teamwork, leadership, entrepreneurship and global citizenship. The Beyond Education team is made up of educators, researchers and designers of innovative learning experiences.
We are delighted to share with your school the opportunity for your students to participate in our upcoming programs free of charge, to strengthen their 21st century skills and to take part in the contest to win great prizes! The only prerequisite is that they must be aged between 15 and 18 and have a good command of English. Teachers can also take part in the competition by sharing it with students and encouraging them to complete it.
Currently, students from schools in the United Arab Emirates, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, South Africa, France, Colombia, Italy and India have registered for the programs. Find out more about upcoming programs below:
1) Program: BE Confident (Self-knowledge)

2) Program: BE Organized (Self-management)
Start date: October 11, 2021

3) Program: BE an Entrepreneur (Entrepreneurship)
Start date: October 25, 2021
Application deadline: October 11, 2021
Each program lasts 2 months, 2 hours per week, with the following structure:
- 12 self-directed learning experiences ( ~45min, asynchronous)
- 7 action labs, project-based learning experiences in a diverse group of students (1 hour, synchronous)
No specific teacher involvement required. In the end, the students receive a report on their skills and can add it to their CVs or future university applications. The results of the first pilot project showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the pre-test and post-test measuring students' skills development, indicating that students effectively develop their 21st century skills. The program has reached a level ofsatisfaction high and 92 % students who took part would highly recommend it to other young people.
