The Learning Planet Institute is pleased to unveil its latest news and its 2024 back-to-school program, built transversally around its five areas of activity: R&D, Education, International Alliance, Organizational transformation and Digital ecosystems.
Thanks to its many partners and supporters, the Institut is proud to present a wide range of initiatives aimed at building learning, sustainable and inclusive societies, in line with the principles of sustainable development. Sustainable Development Objectives (SDGs) and the challenge of responding to current and future challenges and transitions.
R&D The Learning Planet welcomes Mônica Macedo-Rouet, University Professor of Psychology at CY Cergy Paris Université, to the Learning Planet. Research Unit Learning Transitions (LT).
Education - Youth
- Story Builders, a pilot educational program, supports young people in Grigny (91) in creating stories around the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
- Builders of Possibilities®, an active educational initiative federating a network of committed teachers and professionals from the education and youth sectors, is launching its new call for projects.
- Learning Planet Institute and Onisep collaborate on project Avenir(s), a program to support students' guidance needs.
Education - Higher education : Olymspeech, a video game designed to improve the language skills of Parkinson's patients, will be presented by the Learning Planet Institute at the final of the SDG Olympiad, a global competition inspired by the SDGs.
Education : The Learning Planet Institute obtains Qualiopi certification and launches its offer Power to learn, power to act.
R&D + Education + Organizational transformation Project launch WasiLab in response to the socio-environmental crisis in Ecuador.
International : Launch of the 2nd edition of the Learning Planet Youth Design Challenge, A global, intergenerational movement to create a new form of planetary university for Transitions, at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
Digital ecosystems
- Projects, a digital platform that enables large-scale project-based teaching and the emergence of learning communities, is a finalist in the Talents For The Planet and will be at Produrable.
- Ikigaï+, a mobile application dedicated to young people game changers, is launched with 500 students from CY Cergy Paris Université, to help them identify their own Ikigai and professional vocation and are committed to the planet.
