The project explores the possibilities of integrating sustainability into conventional and non-specialized courses. It includes the use of a self-assessment matrix for teaching staff and the development of recommendations for teachers/lecturers.
Why now?For many years, the university community has been exploring ways of integrating the challenges of sustainable development into higher education at all levels of the organization.
We believe that integrating sustainable development into education should be applicable to any type of course, any learning style, any discipline, any type of program and any type of educational institution.
Beyond the work done with certain committed teachers (or on courses dedicated to sustainable development), it's now time to support the entire teaching community in integrating the sustainability paradigm into any “conventional” course.
To kick off this project, we're asking you to take part in a self-assessment survey on the integration of sustainability into your teaching.
Please complete this survey before November 16: https://thegrli.typeform.com/to/BN7ogLc5
Once the results have been evaluated, we hope you will accept our invitation to join a working group that will contribute to the development of recommendations. We thank you for your time and welcome your feedback and contributions.
