At the Learning Planet Institute, the “Inclusion” team designs support programs for people who need to be (re)mobilized in their personal and professional careers. Through the microphone of one of their coaches, the Talents of the HOP! project share their experiences in short, touching stories.
Personalized support
Within the Learning Planet Institute, the “Inclusion” team designs support programs for people who need to be (re)mobilized in their personal and professional careers. This individual and collective support incorporates innovative pedagogical approaches specific to the Learning Planet Institute: learning by design, collective intelligence, FabLabs and their philosophy, virtual reality and games. The aim is to build a career path that makes sense for each individual, while integrating the challenges of sustainable development.
Our teams are particularly involved in the HOP! project, run by a consortium* and deployed in the priority urban districts (QPV) of the Île-de-France, Lyon and Aix-Marseille metropolises.
HOP! or Hashtag Objectif Pro, is an innovative and collective project, conceived as a « action research »This program is dedicated to people with few or no qualifications, who are far from employment - particularly women and young people aged between 18 and 30 - to help them return to work or start their own business. The aim is to reveal, enhance and develop the skills of each Talent, so as to offer everyone the chance to find and build their own professional project.

Paroles de Talents, a podcast series of touching stories
Each Talent's trajectory is unique. Through the workshops in which they meet, the Talents discover what sets them apart and brings them together. By taking the time to listen to themselves, and to others, they often regain confidence, sometimes social ties, and always the means to move forward.
This is what is conveyed in the podcast series “Paroles de Talents”, in which the Talents share their feelings, experiences and hopes as they embark on this journey of a few months. For a brief moment - each episode lasts one minute - they take the time to tell a piece of their story to the microphone.
Sandra
Being a stay-at-home mom is a job, and making time for something else is often very complicated. Sandra, a career and payroll manager, regained her self-confidence through the workshops and interaction with the other Talents.
Ouafae
Forgetting the passing of time. Ouafae, a future florist, talks about her love of flowers. And her conversion.
Ulysse
No more suffering. Ulysse, talent and draughtsman, frees himself from the paths that have always been imposed on him and concentrates on his drawing practice.
Marie
After a year and a half without work, taking the metro, chatting and sharing a meal with colleagues about sometimes uninteresting subjects is a goal in its own right for Marie.
Sherihane
Self-confidence and social cohesion. Sherihane (re)discovers her multiple qualities and her ability to “manage”.
Seikou
No need to spread himself too thin, and less stress. After working in a wide variety of jobs, Seikou wants to become independent.
