As a member of the Global Education Coalition, #Learning Planet is delighted to share details of UNESCO's agenda of events to celebrate World Teachers' Day.
The theme of the 2020 edition will be« Teachers: leaders in times of crisis and shapers of the future ». This day will be an opportunity to honor the teaching profession worldwide, to take stock of progress made, and to draw attention to the voice of teachers, who are at the center of efforts to achieve the global education target: leave no one behind.
This is the program of the week of UNESCO's virtual events taking place from October 5 to 12, in case there's a session you'd like to attend - including the session led by a member of the Global Coalition for Education on the Environment. World Teachers' Campus.
