  • Transformation of Organisations

Since its creation, the Learning Planet Institute focuses on the learning organization, i.e. on learning and working together to meet challenges that cannot be met alone. It has a long history of working with researchers, students, other players in the social economy, public institutions, and more recently with businesses, which play a key role in tackling climate, social and economic transitions: « You're part of the solution to these challenges! » says Rita Sinaceur, Director of Consulting at the Institut, who is behind these new monthly meetings on our campus.

Once the concept has been defined, we'll look at how it's being deployed in the field, particularly in companies. Finally, we'll look at the tools needed to become a learning organization. In this respect, participants in the « Learning Morning »were able to test 2 of the 14 levers of our maturity assessment grid for learning organizations.
